I thought I lucked out and got one of the fixed batch. However, after moving one more time, the arm just fell off.
I didn't even touch the arm, all of a sudden it just fell off.

My son's broke in half becasues he moved it from one shelf to another. He had a hand on top and one underneath to support the wieght. Then the arm just fell off. I have to send it back to TMP as they have a 'switch out' policy with that figure.I'm afraid to even open mine but don't want to keep it if I can't display it, so I'm going to have to see what happens with mine.
I wish I could switch it out for a couple of
extra Spawn 25 figures or something.
(For custom bait) I don't have much faith in the new ones being any better. I saw the inside of my son's and it's full of design flaws, the main being a 1/4" brittle plastic peg holding those 2 huge halves together.
It should have a metal rod going down the center or something. The APU is the ONLY McFarlane figure I've ever had a true gripe with.
It's just crap from top to bottom.*sad to say*

Reading all this - I am almost scared to open the one that I have.
I may just leave it as it is and when I get around to opening it, if it comes apart just glue it.
I have anough of the figures that already have arms that I am going to have to glue when I display them, I plan to pretty much put them all in a pose and leave them anyway - so no biggie to me.
But it is hard to hear how well other items were made that this one (and even the rumblings of Sentinnel) is having an issue with just "coming apart"

The only problem is if it breaks at the Torso.
Then you're SOL..I can't think of a glue that will hold those 2 massive pieces together.
I'm in the same boat Mega..Scared to open the damned thing. They really should have gone back to the drawing board on this one. The plastic is
SO brittle. As I said, this really needed some metal support rods here and there.

As much as I "was" looking forward to that figure, I think I'm glad I never got one.

On that note, I'm trying to fix it with metal. I took a small finishing nail of appropriate diameter, cut it down to size, and hopefully I'll be able to get it into the hole.(which may prove difficult as it's a collapsing mechanism for some reason.

yikes, maybe mine'll do that too
on another note, I started an "ultimate" Morpheus custom, bsically, it's him standing straight up but, he'll be posed like how he is in Club hel aiming the two guns (when he has his back against Trinity and Seraph)
